Dutch DNA Invest B.V., trading as Veilig Opslaan, is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement. We attach great importance to handling personal data with care. This statement explains how personal data is collected, why that happens and what is done with it. It also sets out your rights regarding your data and how you can exercise them.
Which personal data we process
We process personal data of tenants and prospective tenants, of suppliers of services and products, and of visitors to the website.

We do not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected, unless we are required by law to keep it for longer. For our accounts, such as accounts receivable and payable and our purchase and sales records, we are required to keep data for at least seven years for the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst).

Sharing personal data with third parties
Where this is necessary to perform the contract, we share personal data with third parties in certain cases. In such situations you will be informed. With companies that process personal data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. We remain responsible for this processing. We have concluded a data processing agreement with our IT supplier and with our accountant and payroll processor. Otherwise we only share personal data where there is a legal obligation to do so.
Cookies and analytics data
This website does not itself place any cookies needed for the pages to work; the site works entirely without them. We do use Google Tag Manager, which can collect data about how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and which search brought someone to the site. We use that data to improve the website. Google cookies may be placed in the process. You can refuse cookies by setting your browser so that it no longer stores cookies, and delete previously stored data through your browser settings. When you submit a form on this website, the details you enter are processed as described above; submitting the form does not use cookies.
Security
We take the protection of personal data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration. If you feel your data is not properly secured, or there are signs of misuse, please contact us using the details below. Our website is fully secured with an encrypted connection and forms are only sent over that secure connection.

If you disagree with how we have acted, you have the right under data protection law to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Right to disclose
Dutch DNA Invest B.V. reserves the right to disclose data where this is required by law, or where we consider it justified in order to comply with a legal request or proceedings, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Dutch DNA Invest B.V. In doing so, we always try to respect your right to privacy as far as possible.
