At Veilig Opslaan you don't need to request a quote to know what you'll pay. Below is the full price list, from € 25 for the smallest unit to € 450 for the largest business space. These rates are all-in, so there are no surprises afterwards.
No admin fees
We charge no registration fee and no admin fees. With most national providers you do pay these.
No compulsory insurance
You are not required to take out insurance through us. You can usually extend your own home contents insurance from your home address to the storage; just check with your insurer. That saves a fair amount every month.
No key deposit
You get your own access code without us charging anything for it.

Veilig Opslaan offers a lowest price guarantee. Found a better price with another provider? Then you get an extra 10% discount at Veilig Opslaan.
We specifically ask you to compare the all-in price and not just the monthly amount. With many providers, costs you can't see in advance are added after the first month: admin fees, compulsory insurance or a key deposit. With us, everything is included in the price you see above.
How renting works
No paperwork hassle and no long commitments. Here's what you need to know before you reserve.
Cancelling
After the first month, your storage unit can be cancelled monthly (30 days).
Changing size
On moving-in day you can always easily switch to a larger or smaller unit.
Access
You get your own personal access code. With it you can reach your unit seven days a week, without having to collect or return a key. Nobody else has access to your storage space.
Viewing
Our locations are unstaffed. That keeps our costs down and your rent low. Would you like to see a unit before you rent it? Call, WhatsApp or text us and we will arrange an appointment that suits you. At that appointment we go through the unit with you and sort out the key handover straight away.
Signing up
You fill in the reservation form, or call or WhatsApp us. We'll get in touch and arrange an appointment for the viewing and the key handover.

What does a storage unit cost per month?
Our smallest unit of 1 m² / 3 m³ costs € 25 per month. The most popular size of 5 m² / 15 m³, which holds the contents of a flat, costs € 85 per month. The full price list is on our prices page, right up to the largest space of 40 m² / 120 m³ for € 450 per month.
Are there any extra costs on top of the rent?
No. Our rates are all-in. We charge no admin fees, no registration fee and no key deposit, and you are not required to take out insurance through us. The amount you see on the price list is the amount you pay each month.
Do I need to insure my belongings?
At Veilig Opslaan you are not required to take out insurance, and in many cases you don't need a new policy either: you can take the home contents insurance you have for your home address with you to the storage unit. Many policies also cover belongings that are temporarily outside the home. Up to what amount and for how long differs per insurer, so it's a matter of one look at your policy or one phone call. With the big chains, insurance through the landlord is often compulsory and comes on top of the rent; not with us.
Why are you cheaper than the big chains?
We have no employed staff and are not part of a chain or franchise. Our locations are unstaffed: you get your own access code and visit your unit whenever it suits you. So there is no reception, sales team or head office to be paid for out of your rent. We pass that saving on in the price.
