Cheaper than office space
Files you are legally required to keep for years take up space but are rarely consulted. That space in your office is expensive: you pay many times what storage costs. With us, you put your archive furniture in your own unit and keep your office free for work that earns money.
For ten boxes of files, our smallest unit of 1 m² at € 25 per month is already enough. Two filing cabinets fit into a 2 m² unit for € 40 per month. A complete business archive of five cabinets needs about 4 m², which is € 65 per month. Compare that with what you pay per square metre of office space, and the difference is soon clear.
Need to dig out a file unexpectedly, for your accountant or an inspection? You can reach your archive seven days a week, from six in the morning until eleven at night, with your own access code. So you don't need to call anyone to get in, and you're not tied to office hours.
Paper is sensitive to damp: it cockles, the ink runs, and over time mould forms. A garage or loft is therefore a poor place for an archive. Our units are indoors, dry and ventilated, so your files will still be readable in seven years' time.
A business archive contains data about customers and employees, and you are responsible for it. Your unit is accessible to you alone; nobody else gets in. That is a real difference from an archive kept in a shared loft or a communal storeroom.
These rates are all-in, so there are no surprises afterwards. Our smallest unit starts at € 25 per month. Need a different size after all? You can always switch sizes, even in the middle of your move!
