Our business tenants stay a good deal longer on average than private customers, and that's not because they're tied to a contract. It simply works.
From six in the morning until eleven at night, seven days a week, with your own access code. You load your van before the working day starts and unload it again in the evening. No reception that closes at five and no manager you have to call to get in.
Start with a 3 m² unit for € 55 per month and move to a larger one as soon as your stock grows. When the season winds down, you go back to a smaller one. With commercial premises you're stuck with your square metres; with us you're not.
Our rates are all-in. No admin fees, no compulsory insurance, no key deposit and no annual contract. That makes your fixed costs predictable and your bookkeeping simple.
Leaving tools in a van is asking for trouble. Our units are indoors, dry and accessible only to you. What you put in is still there the next morning, in the same condition.
Our units are over three metres high. Put shelving in and you double your usable space without paying a cent more. You're welcome to put in your own shelving or archive furniture.

We have no reception desk with staff who need paying all day. You get your own access code and visit your unit whenever it suits you. If you have a question, just call or WhatsApp us: you will speak to someone who knows the location. That is exactly why we are considerably cheaper than the national chains.
For a business owner that's exactly the right trade-off: you don't need a reception desk, you need space you can get to. What you don't pay for a reception stays in your own pocket.

Certainly. A large share of our tenants are businesses: installers, painters, building firms, online shops, wholesalers and sales representatives. A storage unit is a lot cheaper than commercial premises, and you have access to your materials or stock seven days a week.
Yes, you can put your own shelving or archive furniture in the unit. The larger business units have plenty of room for it. Our units are over three metres high, so you can make good use of the height.
