Below are the main terms for renting a storage unit from Veilig Opslaan.

Storage unit terms
No paperwork hassle and no long commitments. This is what you can expect when you rent a unit from us.
Cancellation
After the first month you can cancel your storage unit monthly, with 30 days' notice. You do this by email to info@veiligopslaan.nu or via the contact form, quoting your customer or unit number.
Changing size
On the day you move in you can easily switch from a smaller to a larger unit, or the other way round. You can also change size later.
Access
You get your own personal access code. With it you can reach your unit seven days a week, from 06:00 to 23:00. Only you have access to your storage space.
Rates
Our rates are all-in. No admin fees are added, you are not required to take out insurance through us and we don't charge a key deposit.
Signing up
You sign up using the reservation form on the website, after which we contact you and arrange an appointment for the viewing and the key handover.
Insuring your belongings
Many home contents and business insurance policies also cover belongings that are temporarily away from your own address, so in many cases you can take the policy for your home address with you to the storage unit. This does not apply to every policy, nor without limits. Check with your insurer whether your belongings are insured during storage; we are not liable for this.
Request the full terms
At the key handover we go through the rental agreement with you. Would you like to see the terms beforehand, for example because you're renting for your business and want to check internally first? Just ask for them and we'll send them to you by email.
